Staying in the Game…

And just like that, it’s Championship Game morning for South Charlotte’s AA Baseball League. ⚾️

My youngest son’s team, the South Charlotte Riverdogs, started the season slow. We weren’t even sure they’d make the playoffs. But they kept showing up, kept practicing, and kept believing. Now they’re playing for a championship.

Life has a way of reminding us that slow starts don’t determine strong finishes. Sometimes the breakthrough comes simply because you stayed in the game.

So today, no matter how tall the mountain, how large the task, STAY IN THE GAME.🏆💪🏾

Our boys didn’t win today, but I am so proud of them!❤️

And most of all, I’m grateful. Grateful to be here. Alive. Present. Watching the moments that matter most with the people I love and those who genuinely love me back.

After everything this past year has taught me, I wouldn’t trade this time for ANY money in the world. I will never regret enforcing my boundaries. Choosing when to exert energy and when to preserve it. Learning when to give and when to pull back.

I don’t regret choosing presence over prestige, peace over pressure, and the people I love over the endless pursuit of more.You can have the aimless hustle.

As for me, I’m rich in love. ❤️⚾️
